Right from the Himalayas :-) Recently pruned some of the branches out and now the fewer foliage is making me nervous. It is a beautiful piece and I wanna see it get better- needs a little TLC right now.
It is an evergreen and prefers more shade so I guess putting it outside was a bad idea. I'm gonna move it indoors when I go home today. Its got a healthy color on the leaves but I just noticed today that some of the leaves (needles) are turning brown.
If you have any tips on me on the amount of water, sun and type of fertilizers it prefers, send me a note.

So it is clear they do not like too much sun. I kept it outside in a partly shaded area but still the heat got to it and the needles are all turning brown and dropping. So it's back inside with me now. I'll only show it the sun either early morning or late evenings.
